Refund Policy

If the event is cancelled

You get a full refund automatically. You do not need to ask. We refund every paid order to the payment method you used and send you a notification, and your tickets stop working.

Card and bank refunds are sent straight away but can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If the event goes ahead

Each organizer chooses whether tickets for their event can be refunded and, if so, until how many days before the event. That setting is shown on the event page before you buy.

If the event allows refunds and you are within the deadline, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If the event does not allow refunds, tickets are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

Payment problems

If you are charged twice for the same order, or your payment arrives after the tickets have sold out, we refund the payment automatically.

Free tickets

Free tickets have nothing to refund. If you can no longer attend, you do not need to do anything.
