Terms & Conditions
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of FlexNightlife, operated by FlexNightlife ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a ticket or listing an event you agree to them.
1. What FlexNightlife is
FlexNightlife is a marketplace where organizers list events and sell tickets, and where people discover and buy tickets to those events. Organizers run their events; we provide the platform, take payment on the organizer's behalf and issue tickets.
The organizer named on an event is responsible for the event itself: its line-up, venue, safety, age limits, entry rules and any changes to it.
2. Your account
You need an account to buy tickets or manage an organization. Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. Some events have their own age limits, which the organizer enforces at the door.
You can delete your account from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
3. Buying tickets
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. When you start checkout we hold your tickets for 15 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time the hold is released and the tickets go back on sale.
Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira by our payment partner, Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is confirmed once the payment partner confirms the payment to us. If a payment arrives after your hold expired we will still issue your tickets if they are available; if they are not, we refund you in full.
If you are charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded automatically.
4. Your tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code that admits one person (or one table, for table tickets) once. The first valid scan at the door is accepted; later scans of the same code are refused, so do not share or post your ticket.
Tickets are personal to the account that bought them and cannot currently be transferred or resold on the platform. Tickets bought from anyone other than FlexNightlife or the organizer may be invalid.
Organizers and venues may refuse entry or remove you for breaking their rules or the law. That does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if an event is cancelled you are refunded automatically; otherwise refunds depend on the organizer's refund setting for that event.
6. Organizers
If you create an organization or list an event you confirm that you have the right to do so and that your event and listing comply with the law, including licensing, safety and consumer protection rules.
Events are reviewed before they go live and edits to live events may be reviewed again. We can refuse, suspend or remove an event or organization that breaks these terms, misleads buyers or puts people at risk.
If you cancel an event, every buyer is refunded in full. You are responsible for honouring the refund setting you choose for your event and for communicating accurate information to buyers.
Payouts of ticket revenue to your organization are made to the bank details you provide, less any amounts refunded or charged back. We may delay a payout while we investigate fraud, disputes or a risk of refunds.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to commit fraud, sell counterfeit tickets, scrape it, interfere with its security, harass people, or list events that are illegal or unsafe. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it as is. We are not responsible for how an organizer runs an event. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the tickets concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
